It helps make sure homes, businesses, roads, and services are located in the right places so that Val Rita-Harty can continue to grow and thrive for years to come.<\/p>\n<p>In Ontario, planning is guided by the Province through the <strong>Planning Act<\/strong>. This law sets out the rules and steps the Township must follow when reviewing planning applications and projects.
